Boards at Work! 

A 5-day CNM Certificate Program featuring the Board Chairs Academy (ThirdSector Company)

The Center for Nonprofit Management and ThirdSector Company are happy to announce the next series of the Board Chairs Academy.

Board members and executive directors, this 5-day interactive 17-hour academy will have your working as a team to create a legacy of leadership and sustainable board governance for your organization. We’ll cover a range of key issues, from roles and responsibilities to board fundraising. This training will help clarify the unique roles and responsibilities of board members and executive staff aligned to common mission-driven goals.

This Academy will equip you with hands-on learning materials, including a class text book and workbook complete with visual models, assessment tools and worksheets to fully engage your team in a peer-learning classroom experience.  Take advantage of the special pricing! Learn tools and strategies for effectively increasing board involvement in leading    sustainable development programs.

• CEO Performance Planning and Review  

Equips participants with several assessments to help create clarity and consistency in objective governance.

• The Strategic Board of Directors 

Helps guide leadership in evaluating current effectiveness and provides methods for long-term strategic growth.
