This Nonprofit Management Certificate Program will equip you with the skills necessary to manage and improve a nonprofit organization’s strategic future. In 5-intensive days over the course of 5 months, we will cover key nonprofit management topics, including administration, sustainability and planning, fund development, board development, communication and measuring impact. As part of this program you will engage in peer learning, one-on-one coaching, and work on a Strategic Improvement Project to begin implementing your learning.
The trainings will be informative, hands-on/interactive, draw on real-life examples from participants, and incorporate group and peer learning activities. Training participants will receive a Learning Packet with learning materials that include resource information, worksheets and exercises, templates and samples. Online resources will be provided to supplement the learning as needed.
This Certificate Program’s five sessions meet from 9:30 am-4:00 pm on the following Wednesdays:
